All you need to do is send an image or images of the handwritten message you want on the square.
Our expert artists extract the exact handwriting, clean up any stray marks or smudges, remove background lines, & restore any faint writing to make the handwriting look its best.
If combining words from more than one image, we will scale them to make sure they match in size and thickness, so they create a seamless message.

- Artwork works best if it is made with a dark pen on white paper with no "coloring". Any color on your picture will come out black on the charm

How it works: if you already have the handwriting/artwork image you want to use, please upload it using the "Image Upload" field.
If you don't have the image handy, you can place your order and then email your image to customerservice@heartonyourwrist.com. Please reference the order number in the email.
If we have questions on your order or your image, we will contact you.
We can work with just about any image you may have. We may move parts of the picture or handwriting slightly to fit nicely into the square, but we will stay as close to the original as possible.
